    Perfect timing.
    - I followed your instructions on page 1 of the thread.
    - Went through and checked a few other things I wanted after I researched what they did, of which one was Dism++.
    - Macrium Drivers was zero bytes so I didn't have to do anything there.
    - Just before I hit play this post came in so I downloaded it and copied it in, and pressed Play.
    - I hit Play, and OK and it genned the ISO.
    - I had to turn Secure Boot off which I had read earlier and after that it booted up perfectly and I could navigate wherever I needed to. All I can say is WOW!

Backstory: I had used WinPE and Portable rescue disks with ShadowProtect on servers. WinPE worked better, and I could side load drivers. On my keychain I have an 8GB Kingston USB with all kinds of Utilities and another one in my bag that has a write-protect switch on and Anti-Malware programs to work on infected machines. I was looking at a new dual USB A & C to have everything on my keychain and not need have my OTG cable with me. Then I started thinking, why would anyone like me want a USB flash drive that couldn't boot? I wanted one based on PE. After that I did some googling and reading reading and yours looked like it was maintained, well liked, and didn't have a horse in the race like the backup software vendors' do. I'm shocked how easy it was to make and how well it works.

I do have a couple questions:
    1. I can't know ahead of time if I will need to fix and MBR or GPT disk. My guess is I will need to gen two USB rescue disks?
    2. I will want to use it to copy files around and have a directory in the root where I can maintain move files from my phone to it and copy customer files to it to use as a regular USB drive as well. Are there any issues with doing that?

    Thanks!

    1) if you have a Fat32 formatted USB and the Partition is marked Active - just like windows setup media - Win10XPE will boot in either supported Mode... MBR & UEFI

    2) You can use the USB as your portable storage drive for your files as well...
Reminder - that a format will erase drive contents....
Some have created a second NTFS partition on the USB Drive - windows 10 will see the second partition - older OS's will not... Thus the USB contains a Fat32 Active Win10XPE Partition & a NTFS storage partition...

Or just create the PE USB stick using RUFUS (MBR + UEFI or BIOS + NTFS ) and you have PE which will boot on both the systems...

I know nothing about RUFUS. I'll have to learn about it.
    Thanks!

He can check few pages back where the Partitioning usb is done using Diskpart (not minitools) and we had success.Minitools partitioned made the drive to boot in UEFI only.

Each Application has a Box to select - Run from Ram - Run From USB
Once Application set in a Build the values are set - not easy to edit without a drawn out process...
Best to Rebuild - after enough Builds and Testing - you will get it all down to exactly what you want and actual use or need...

I use a Base of 22 Apps and can do everything I need to do....
Nice thing is there are about 200 Apps to choose from depending on your preference
