I think the font also isn't correct in other application because Internet Explorer and Sony PC Companion also has same problem, how do I know what font represents my native language? In "Region & language settings" I use English (United States) only

My native language is Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian), I've already changed my region to my country and add the language but it doesn't solve my problem. Maybe the font that used for system font in Windows fonts folder or somewhere corrupt?
I found that Arial font is the problem so whatever programs use Arial font would be like that, I do reinstall the font and it solve my problem. I'm still curious because Word can render the font well, but as long it solve my problem, then it OK, thanks Slartybart :)
You are welcome, yellowragz.
Good work and thanks for posting the solution you found.
I did more research based on your feedback and found something that might also work. Please post the output from the following command. That information might help me provide you with a registry modification for the system font or discount the idea altogether.
Windows system font is normally Segoe UI - the mod I'm thinking about substitutes Segoe UI for Arial. Before asking you to try that, I'd like to see what already exists in the key on your system. A different language system will be different than my machine and the substitution font might be specific to that language. I see a few Arial substitutions on my machine (Arial CE, Arial Greek, Arial Baltic, Arial TUR, and Arial CYR) - these all point back to Arial and have the same NLS number as the original, for example:
Arial Greek,161 | Arial,161
Arial TUR,162 | Arial,162
To see what font substitutes are defined on your system:
This command does NOT change anything in the registry, it lets you look at the key(s) and values. It writes the data to a text file that you can then attach to your post.
reg query "hklm\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes" /s > %TEMP%\fontSub.txt
Please attach the fontSub.txt file located in your TEMP folder (normally C:\Users\loginID\AppData\Local\Temp).
where loginID is your user login (i.e. C:\Users\Slartybart\AppData\Local\Temp)
Tip: you can type the variable %TEMP% for your temp folder in File Explorer's address bar and it will take you to the correct location.
You already know how to attach an image, attaching a text file is a little bit different.
See: Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Ten Forums - Windows 10 Forums
If it's easier for you, you can take a snapshot of the Command prompt with the output and post the image. Use the same command but do not redirect the output to a file.
reg query "hklm\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes" /s
Btw, even My native language is Indonesian, but I use English (US) for my PC. And, when I solve my problem, I reinstall my Arial font from Windows font folder, so my first guess maybe the registry not the font file itself.
Thanks, your fontSub.txt looks exactly the same as mine, so my idea to add an attribute=value pair is not going to be of any help.
Also good to know that the font you installed came from the Windows font folder. I agree that it is not the font - something for fonts didn't get registered correctly when you installed the OS.
Win10 is still young and I've seen a few reports where it is installed with a non-English language causes minor bugs to appear. Changing the system language to English solves some of the issues.
You found another language 'bug' and also found a workaround.
Excellent!
I don't think I have anything else to add, your solution is good ... it resolves the issue on your machine.
Yah, thank you very much for your help and respond Slartybart, very much appreciated :) , well my solution a little bit funny for me because i open and install the font from the directory itself (windows font folder) which is recursive lol , my second guess because windows use segoe ui i think the bug comes only to software with web based i mean like render from webpage maybe, but idk its just a guess lol. Btw can you tell me your idea Slartybart? about attribute=value and about substitute modification, just want to know for learning purpose
