Yes - Just few minutes ago I "changed" form "activating Bing search" to this cache fix.
This allowes me to disable the Bing search in ShutUp10 again - Without any high load on Cortana.

So I did. Digged deeper and found the problem!
It is RivaTuner (part of Afterburner installation)!
After I put the OOSU10.exe to the list in RivaTuner and set Application detection Level to NONE...
Thanks for your comment. I do not guess its an CPU issue. This was gone after this "bing thing".
Shutup10 starts but only the icon in start-/taskbar is visible for 1-2 secs. Then its closing...
Ran into the same issue with Search not working with Shutup10 "..search with bing disabled...."
Setting this option back to standard search is working again... no high CPU usage...
