OK, THAT WORKED!
I set SMB2 on the MyCloud drive and re-booted the PC and now its working and accessing the drive using (im assuming) SMB2!

The one that was always working is now still working but the second one that was working using SMB1 is now not working as we've changed the MyCloud drive to SMB3.

ok, did all that and the PC that was initially not working (MyButt) has now stopped working again. Guess it doesnt like SMB3!
