Do you think it looks like I may need the low voltage DIMM. (1.35 v 1.5)?
You have two different RAM modules, with different voltages. One says 1.35 volts, the other says 1.5 volts. You need to match to the original, which seems to be 1.35 volts. Not 1.5 volts. When installing RAM always try to match with the same vendor and module. And if possible, in pairs.
Regardless, your issue appears to be mismatched RAM modules.
Once I saw the voltage, I wondered if that's what it was. Thanks guys. I'll replace it tomorrow and see if that does it.
Got a new DDR3L DIMM - Now we're showing 15.2 GB Usable. Thanks to all!
Glad we were able to solve your problem :)
