That's Ok - Cortana is special - the tut has the exact screen shot
What I don't see is the Deployment operation progress. Did you uninstall the built-in apps?
You might try running 2. To Reinstall and Re-Register All Windows Apps for Current Account Only
It looks the same, but doesn't have the -AllUsers parameter for Get-AppxPackageCode:Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
The only other suggestions I have
go to the MS Store and check for updates
DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image
followed by
SFC Command - Run in Windows 10
One of the above might help. I'm not certain if the event is related to the universal apps, but...
the DISM and SFC commands correct many issues.
Drat !!
First, I'm not certain that the event is actually associated with Universal Apps, but that seemed to be the likely candidate
Try one more crack at the Store Apps, then I'd like to take a more traditional method of troubleshooting - get all information possible.
Try repairing the MS store:
Store - Re-register in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums
Then restart your machine.
If that doesn't help, Please follow this tutorial to provide the current operating environment of your machine.
Speccy - Publish Snapshot of your System Specs
Thanks
I did the re register thing again. here's a screen capture
Here is the Speccy link
