Open task manager > click startup tab > post a share link of the whole box

List any of these installed or recently uninstalled non-Microsoft software:
    a) antivirus
    b) firewall
    c) drive encryption

Run the V2 log collector > post a share link

Regarding the WPA - if you can't get it from the Store and are confused about downloading it, please wait for @zinou to unconfuse you.

I'm having a Win10 build 19045.3803 and I'm not sure I understand this correctly but for using the WPA there's no download match for 19045.3803 it seems (?)
@dalchina gave you the correct download link from the Tenforums page.

Hi, if you care to search tenforums you will find a good number of threads on 'slow boot' etc.
Once again.. the analytical tool used to diagnose this is the WPA (Windows Performance Recorder and Analyser) free from MS.
Download and Install Windows Performance Toolkit in Windows 10
Please get a copy of this.
Did a Windows Performance Toolkit recording w. these settings (picture below).
The result is three Trace Files of a whopping 5.1-5.3 GB size.
Now how to interpret is the next Q - your help is much appreciated, please :))

(Sorry for the OSD-watermark. Will try and remove it in BIOS at next boot)

It's not necessary to include all those profiles for a first analysis; this will generate a big trace file.

Do a record with only the "First level triage" profile enabled.

Compress the resulting trace file and share it so I can analyze it.
