Windows 10 pro. Powersave only goes on after 1min, not in other modes

I have a problem my powersave only works in 1 min mode, not 2min or any other modes.

    - - - Updated - - -

It only works in sleep mode after 1 min, not 2min or more. I tried to disable hibernation but it is the same, i also runned chkdsk and sfc scannow

    - - - Updated - - -

I tried powercfg -requests. All categories should theoretically be empty. If they’re not, make a note of what is prompting the power request. Mine was all empty.

    - - - Updated - - -

I also tried the troubleshooter but without any problems found.

I also tried chkdsk /f /r but no change. It only works in 1min mode. I have disconnected my external harddrive but i doubt it is that when it works in 1min mode.

To avoid misunderstandings, please would you post the response to this command [which identifies your available power modes / states].
    Code:
    PowerCfg -a

Do you mean a Power plan named PowerSave?
Please explain exactly what you mean by "works" and not working. What happens or does not happen?
Please post a screenshot showing your Power plan settings - Sleep after etc.

I have never seen any reports of the power troubleshooter helping anyone.

    All the best,

    Oh, and welcome to TenForums.

It's really worth making time to browse through the Tutorial index - there's a shortcut to it at the top of every page.
    - At the foot of the Tutorial index is a shortcut to download it as a spreadsheet.
    - I download a new copy each month.
    - By downloading it as a spreadsheet I can benefit from Excel's excellent filtering capabilities when I search for topics of interest.
    - Tutorials are also listed by category at Tutorials - there's also a shortcut to that at the top of every page.
    - Both tutorial lists are searchable.
    - You can also search for TenForumsTutorials in many general search engines, such as Google, by adding site:tenforums.com/tutorials after your search term. For example,
    taskbar toolbars site:tenforums.com/tutorials

You can search TenForums using the search box in the top-right corner of all TenForums webpages or using Advanced Search - TenForums
    - You can also search TenForums threads in many general search engines, such as Google, by adding site:tenforums.com after your search term. For example,
Search for drivers by HardwareID site:tenforums.com
    - [This is what the search box in the top-right corner of TenForums webpages does automatically]

The following sleep states are available on this system: Standby (53), Hibernate, Hybrid sleep, Fast startup. I only get in the sleep mode when i choice after 1min. After 2min, 5min, 10min, 1h etc the system is always on.

I have not solved the problem yet. It only goes in sleep if i set it to 1min. All other modes only keep it awake. What can the problem be?

I don't know. I have never heard of such a problem before.

Perhaps you are running a utility that does something every minute & a half.
I sometimes do. Because I can find it more convenient than changing power plans, I sometimes run a little script that emulates a key press every 30 seconds to prevent my display going off.

I suggest you reboot into Safe mode and see whether or not sleep takes place at the set time.
    - If it does then it demonstrates than something non-Windows is causing the problem.

If the problem is also apparent in Safe mode then I suggest using a different user account to see whether or not sleep takes place at the set time.
    - If it does then your normal user account is corrupt. You'll have to use a different one.
    - If it does not then I suggest running a Repair install [which, despite its name, is a repair operation not a reinstallation].

Oh, of course, it was a stupid suggestion of mine.

Try another user account and then, if the problem is apparent there as well:-
    - Download another copy of the display driver even if it is the same version as the current one
    - Uninstall the current driver using DDU- Install the display driver

If the problems continues, run a Repair install.

    All the best,
    Denis
