Regards to all! A few hours ago, the free space on the C drive was 160GB. However, now it's 48GB even though I haven't installed anything. I did a disc cleanup, but it cleaned up very little. I can't find what filled up my c partition by more than 100GB. Thanks in advance!

Disk Cleanup only clean M$ trash.
A browser like Chrome can have many GB as cache unused files.
I use CCleaner to clean the drives.
A SSD will die a little over the years. To find out the SSD actual heath, use CrystalDiskInfo (portable - extract and run)
Kaspersky makes some traces. I disabled it and deleted this folder. Now, problem is solved! THX a lot!
