I am getting same 2 errors every time i boot windows. I have fresh installed 10 so apparently this is a Microsoft issue with the OS. I cant seem to get rid of it.

and APPID
{9CA88EE3-ACB7-47C8-AFC4-AB702511C276}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Just follow the instructions mentioned in the post prior to yours and adjust these to your case.
I'd love to give you more detailed instructions but I'll be hospitalized for a couple of days so I can't follow up anyhow.
The entire procedure is quite simple and trivial once you understand why the error is generated really. Either way, DCOM errors are pretty much benign to begin with.

I'm sorry to hear that but doesn't help, I have tried doing this on my own with no luck it wont give me permissions to change runtime broker. I got regedit and change permissions on specified keys give admin and full control and got to dcom and nothing
