    Same issue on fresh new install of win 10 1607 build 14393.351

    I am getting same 2 errors every time i boot windows. I have fresh installed 10 so apparently this is a Microsoft issue with the OS. I cant seem to get rid of it.

    hi I have this same problem with two different errors need some help plz

    The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
    {D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160}
    and APPID
    {9CA88EE3-ACB7-47C8-AFC4-AB702511C276}
    to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

    Hi,

    Just follow the instructions mentioned in the post prior to yours and adjust these to your case.

    I'd love to give you more detailed instructions but I'll be hospitalized for a couple of days so I can't follow up anyhow.

    The entire procedure is quite simple and trivial once you understand why the error is generated really. Either way, DCOM errors are pretty much benign to begin with.

    Cheers,
