Windows 10: Windows gets frozen multiple times,
I couldn’t figure out why Windows 10 gets frozen multiple time. I, of course, use “ctrl + alt + delete” but getting frozen occurs so many times in a very short time of working.
Is this a virus? Settings?
I even formatted the machine but it gets back to get frozen!
What could be the issue here?
The search in the internet shows nothing specific for this issue
I recommend you do a ram test, check the temperature of the processor and also check the health status of the HD, check the voltages of the power supply... everything indicates to be one of those problems
Do you recommend specific tool to check the CPU, RAM, HD?

Check your drive health with Crystal Disk Info.
Check your Event Viewer logs and Windows Reliability History for clues around time it freezes.
If you haven't done a full virus scan, use your default AV and MalwareBytes Free for a manual second opinion.
Use MemTest86 for RAM testing.
Also perform clean boot state to check its software causing the problem.

- I got some information from the event log and reliability monitor (screenshots below) but couldn’t figure out how to take the advantage of them
- Correct. I formatted the machine and installed the windows from scratch. Nevertheless, the issue persists to exist
- The BIOS is UpToDate as per the screenshot below
