    MSI Dragon center removal help

    Good day,
As I stated I have an MSI GF 65 9SEXR laptop and as their literature states free buff for your system. this program is the dragon center, which allows you to optimize your system for the task at hand. I'm not into or trust, free buff. I believe that this program is just skinning Window's controls. I believe I can use Throttle stop to control the power, my question is fan/temp controls within Windows or otherwise ?? Also, am I able to free up memory easily? Can't see any other use for this buff. Am I missing anything to justify keeping?

power control - thru throttle stop or other recommendations?
    fan/temp control - recommendations?
    freeing up memory _ recommendations?

thanks in advance all thoughts appreciated

    Ken

Did you look at Control panel - Programs and Features to see if MSI Dragon center removal the isn't there?

Best way to free up memory is a restart.

Agreed, but that is a minor part of my concern. more concerned of fan/temp control. Have looked into the dragon center supposedly it is a trusted source that I don't have ownership of., control panel - programs and features leaves remnants that mess up the world they say. Haven't been down that road yet, looking for fan control, then will venture down that road when I have options to replace.

    thanks

Add Take Ownership to Context Menu in Windows 10

Fan control is a BIOS control so I set how fans operate on BIOS.
I suggest you install a hardware monitor.
I suggest you install open hardware monitor
Extract to C:\Program Files (x86)\HardwareMonitor and run openhardwaremonitor.
You can configure what to see on the gadget and on the tray. Very good.
