    PC reboot itself

Hello everyone and thanks in advance for your reply and sorry for my simple english

My pc keep randomly rebooting during the day. It no shows any error or signal and in device manager the only thing is Kernel Power 41, so is kinda generic. I've already reinstalled windows, runned some memtest with no error, updated the bios and all the driver of the pc,changed the psu and added a new CPU fan, tryed every combination of frequency of the ram in the BIOS but none of this has solved my problem.

    My configuration is:
    CPU ryzen 5 2600
    MB gigabyte b450m ds3h
    GPU pulse rx570 8gb
    Ram G.skill 16gb 3200mhz
PSU BeQuiet system power 9 600W

We will get to SFC and DISM next, but for now, can you please perform the following . . .

Check for ANY Problem Device Errors

[1] Click on this TenForums link => Batch Scripts / Programs.
[2] Click the direct download link Find_ANY_Problem_Devices.bat in the MENU.
    [3] Run the .bat file.

    • If you want detailed information about the .bat file then scroll down the thread until you get to the relevant section.

    If there are NO ERRORS:

You will receive the message NO PROBLEM DEVICES WERE FOUND!, and NO text file is created on the Desktop.

    If there are ERRORS:

There will be a Prob_Devices.txt file created on the Desktop.

    EITHER:

Copy & Paste the results into your post using the [CODE] tags . . .

[1] Open the Prob_Devices.txt file in Notepad.
[2] Press the Ctrl + A keys together.
[3] Press the Ctrl + C keys together.
[4] In your post, click the Hashtag icon #.
[5] Click INSIDE the [CODE]Here[CODE] tags and press the Ctrl + V keys together.

    • In your post it will look like this . . .

    Code:

    <<< Results Here >>>

    OR:

UPLOAD the file => How to Upload and Post Screenshots and Files at Ten Forums.

    I hope this helps.

    That's a good start.

    Please perform the following . . .

    [5] Press Enter.

    Code:

    sfc /scannow
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    • When the above has finished processing . . .

[6] Right-click on the title bar of the Administrator: Command Prompt Window > Edit > Select All.
[7] Right-click on the title bar of the Administrator: Command Prompt Window again > Edit > Copy.

    • Paste the results into your post using the [CODE] tags . . .

[8] In your post, click the Hashtag icon #.

    IMPORTANT:

[1] It is recommended that when running SFC that Fast Startup is turned OFF [ Turn it back ON when finished ] . . .

    > How to Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10

[2] If SFC finds errors that it can NOT repair, run SFC again [ upto 3 more times, Restarting after each ].
[3] To run DISM, you MUST be connected to the Internet to allow the repair of any Component Store corruption.

NOTE: The SFC restarts allow any pending actions to be implemented.

     SFC Error Report

However, if there are STILL SFC ERRORS . . .

[1] Press the Win + X keys together > Command Prompt (Admin).
    [2] Highlight the command below.
[3] Press the Ctrl + C keys together.
[4] Right-click inside the Administrator: Command Prompt Window > Paste.
    [5] Press Enter.

    Code:

    findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log > "%userprofile%\Desktop\SFC_Details.txt"

    • This will create a SFC_Details.txt file on the Desktop.

    EITHER:

Copy & Paste the results into your post using the [CODE] tags . . .

[1] Open the SFC_Details.txt file in Notepad.
[2] Press the Ctrl + A keys together.

    @ Formattai

You may have had some updates that caused rebooting. Look in Apps and Features ---> Programs and Features, then to the left, click on "View installed updates".

The way you describe. Im assuming you already tried 1 stick ram only and changing 2400mhz?

Might worth a try changing gpu driver AMD kinda buggy but if it still restarting you have try a different gpu.

    Do a check disk
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and if you want to schedule to next start = yes
    Restart
Pay attention on the results, specially bad blocks, bad clusters, bad sectors etc

Do you have a Hardware monitor? The computer may be rebooting due to high temperatures (CPU or GPU).
I use and recommend open hardware monitor
It's a portable, don't need to be installed. Extract and run. You can set to run on windows start and what to show on the gadget.
