Compress the ETL file, then shared through WeTransfer or any other file sharing platform.

First before going further in the trace analysis, start updating the following:
    • The Bios (May 2019)
    • The Synaptics driver (August 2017)

Your AMD Radeon graphic card is pretty recent (Nov 2020), but check in the HP website if there is a newr version.

I suggest you update the Synaptics driver by using the DriverEasy tool, which will upload the best compatible driver for your hardware and install it.

You need first to create a restore point before updating any driver, to be able to roll back in case of any problem.

I too have an AMD A6-6310 with Radeon R4 graphics and discovered that Windows automatically installs Adrenaline drivers and when that happens there is suddenly erratic mouse pointer, erratic performance and videos also stop every few seconds.
When I uninstalled the video adapter the erratic behavior disappeared.
When I set Windows Update to not update drivers then install Crimson Relive drivers the erratic behavior is also disappeared.
    The CCC drivers also work.
