    You would need to create WinPE with >= OS version
    try to Run the DISM command from within the Mounted Image...
    Code:
    C:\mount\windows\system32\Dism.exe /Image:G:\ /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\mount\windows

    Sorry for the delayed feedback.
    I have no more access to the computer because of lockdown restrictions.
    Will try to rescue it later, unfortunately.
