When available post Memtest86 results (2 tests of 4 passes each = 8 passes).

Download and install HP UEFI hardware diagnostics version 7.9:
    https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/.../pc-diags.html

Plan to run the testing overnight.

Power on the computer > repetitively click F2 > run extensive > loop until error > the next day if it has made 2 or more loops > click esc > run any component test as needed (many are interactive) > take pictures with a camera or smartphone camera > post images into the thread

Open task manager > performance tab > memory (full box) > post an image

isastorA.sys used by Intel(R) Chipset SATA/PCIe RST Premium Controlle this driver and up to date.Version 18.30.1.1138

Also another issue when I collect the ram usage (rammap or process explorer doesnt matter still the same )in the applications tab, it does not reach the ram values shown diffrence can be 2 -3 gb sometimes bigger than 4 gb.

enable the nonpaged pool column and sort by it and post another screenshot since you said nonpaged pool is too high.

Also post a clear screenshot without multiple windows overlapping each other please.
