It fixes the issue of not remembering but still some minor problems. I have one SSD and two HDD.
I did a manual test and in INFO it shows the SSD completed a RETRIM and the HDD's a DEFRAG which is normal.
I did get 2 errors that said both HDD's failed a RETRIM as trim is not supported. Why it trying a RETRIM on a HHD is the problem.
I have turned Optimization ON for a Daily test. Looks like it did the auto test at 7:30 last night with same results. The only difference is INFO also shows the SSD completed a DEFRAG also.
I will see what I get the next time it runs.

It hasn't been resolved on my pc and no updates are currently available.
I have manually disabled optimization on my SSD drive for now.
I just ran a manual trim, closed the app and reopened it after about an hour and it says "never" in the "last analyzed" collumn...
That was fixed by the optional CU KB4571744. This fix should also be in the Patch Tuesday CU on the 8th.
KB4571744 Cumulative Update Windows 10 v2004 build 19041.488 - Sept. 3Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. In the Optional updates available area, you’ll find the link to download and install the update.
Here's mine, still remembered from two days ago.
It remembered for me, on my other PC, (System Two) just did a totally fresh Windows 10 2004 x64 installation on my Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVME SSD. But will check later, because I installed 2004 for the first time, before I got my flu shot! I still need to run DDU and install new Nvidia driver and software. But before I went to the pharmacy, IIRC, I rebooted and it still remembered the manual trim.
