Cant open random GUI elements anymore all over Windows 10

Not sure since when this happened, mostly one of the last Windows 10 updates of the last 1-2 weeks, but I cant open random GUI elements anymore. For example gpedit, or the network GUI window, when I click on them I get this message:

    Trying to open gpedit:

Trying to open network settings over ( https://i.imgur.com/qQXazeS.png ):

Anyone know whats causing this and to solve it?

Hi, your screenshots are in German; this forum requires English, I'm afraid. Whilst I can OCR screenshots in English, I'm not going to attempt that then use Google translation, I'm afraid. You'll have to do that and post the English version.

To post a screenshot use the icon above your post with tooltip Insert Image

Please confirm you have Win 10 Pro, and, as the forum prompted you- so we don't have to keep asking- state your build number.

    Thanks.

Yes of course I have Windows 10 Pro, 1909 18363.815. If I would need to translate that message it would say something like: "Cant open the device or path or the file. You maybe dont have the necessary rights, to access the element."

"To post a screenshot use the icon above your post with tooltip Insert Image"

Doesnt work (-:It never worked on this site, it just blocks the image.

It doesn't work for you... so you have a problem to resolve, I guess.. example:

Thank you for your reply. No 'of course' about it. Some people try to add the group policy editor to Home.

I found out that it just works if you UNCHECK the default checked "Retrieve remote file and reference locally (required)". If its checked and you click ok, it just vanishes and no image will be inserted or shown.
