Windows 10 boot suddenly a lot slower

Wondering if someone can help me out with this, ever since I've had Windows 10 on my machine (whatever version/build) the startup speed has always been really good, whether it's from a restart or using the "Fast startup" after shutdown (which is even faster) It's on an SSD and has always been really fast at starting up and getting to the desktop.

But it's gone from the screen with the spinning wheel being up for 3-4 seconds to being almost a minute, and I can't workout why, literally started happening this past week or so.

I've done a bootlog but I can't tell anything from it, not sure if anybody here can or has any tips on how to investigate why my startup times have increased like this?

Unfortunately it is still the same long boot-up process with the spinning wheel on the screen.

I don't know if there's been any recent Windows Updates or anything that could have caused this, anybody elses startup time increased? Is there anything else I can check

Safe mode unfortunately actually seemed to take even longer to start. I can't put my finger on this. Oh by the way, you nkow when you suggested using the MSCONFIG tool and pressing "Disable All" on the non-Microsoft services? I forgot to take a screenshot of these (for my own reference) before disabling them all, would it be fair to assume that they were all enabled beforehand? (just so I know that clicking on "Enable All" should be fine)

I haven't actually downloaded and installed the WPR tool yet but thought I'd update you.

I did just did just have my PC out just to get some cleaning done around my desk area. Whilst it was moved, I thought I'd try and remove any unnecessary external devices and see if the PC booted faster. The only real one I have plugged in is my USB Bluetooth dongle. I unplugged it and started the computer. Windows booted in 4-5 seconds, like it had done always previously. So I thought the dongle must be the culprit. But I plugged it back in and started the PC and again, Windows booted to the login screen in 4 seconds or so.

So either there was an issue revolving around the Bluetooth dongle, or physically moving my computer solved it.

PCs are strange.
