Thanks. I asked for details of your Update History. This update
    KB4535996 CU Win 10 v1903 build 18362.693 and v1909 build 18363.693

has been reported as causing some people problems.

    Otherwise, please run
    SFC /SCANNOW
from an admin command or Powershell prompt and report the summary result.
Yea, I didn't update to those updates until tonight, so it wasn't the problem I was facing. Ran the scan and it said it found corrupt files and repaired them. It produced a log file if you'd like I could provide it?

If it repaired them successfully, that's good. But has it made any difference? May well not have.

If not, try a clean boot and compare performance.

No it has not helped, the computer fails to restart properly just hangs every time a restart is required, I still can't uninstall my Lan driver as device manager hangs still. I am at the point where I am going to just clean install windows 10.

    Try a smaller hammer.

System restore.. if that doesn't work or isn't available:

An in-place upgrade repair install - which keeps all progs and data.

Tutorial available. You need a 1909 iso and you do this:
Download the iso (MS media creation tool)
    Rt click it, click Mount
Run setup.exe from the new drive created.

Or do you know of any change made just before this started to happen?

Presumably you don't yet use disk imaging routinely and don't have the option of restoring a disk image.

Right, I misinterpreted what I meant I am currently making the USB image. I'll keep you updated on the progress after I finish with this, I don't have system restore points enabled just a personal preference.

No major changes happened other than doing the same things I normally do which is Netflix, Discord, Games and Openshot Video nothing out of normal habits.

So a bit of an update, I'm still waiting on the media to finish as it was stuck at 50 percent for awhile, I managed to get my motherboards LAN port to finally work, i'm uncertain it was very unresponsive sometimes it would say couldn't identify the problem, then it would say Ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration.

Uncertain if this can be related to a failing port or other reasons. Mysteries I cannot solve..
