Explorer and Windows 10 freeze sometimes opening "save to" in Chrome

Hi,

I have the following issue, which started around 1-2 months ago, maybe a bit less. I am not sure, if it is Chrome related or maybe Windows 10 update, but something changed. I never had this issue before the date of maybe 1-2 months ago.

It randomly happens, with a little bit of "lesser" chance, maybe once every 20-50 save to dialogues, that when I want to save a file, mostly a picture, via "save to" in Chrome, and the "save to" dialogue opens to the default profile/download folder, Chrome freezes, and then more and more elements of Windows 10 itself. I can click on start menu, but then it begins to freeze, too, I cant right click anymore, I cant open task manager (nothing happens), and then entire Windows 10 freezes, and about 2-5 minutes later (seems to be random), Windows 10 restartes Explorer.exe and all is working again, and the "save to" dialog from Chrome which started everything, also opens in that moment.

I dont seem to have this issue anymore else, just with Chrome and "save to" when wanting to save a file.

I already did a "sfc /scannow" with no errors, I am using default Windows Defender. It is a laptop with a SSD (no SMART errors of course), latest Windows 10 with all latest updates.
