Black screen problems

    Black screen problems


    Since updating from Win 7 to Win 10 I have had numerous black screens. I have to hold in the power button to get it to shut down. How can I trouble shoot it???

    I have the same problem since upgrading 7 to 10. Sometimes BSOD with cursor; sometimes without.
