Freezing . System Restore . New GPU Driver . Still Freezing a bi. Help

First , let me say that my MB, CPU and Memory are all new and i have windows 10 home 64 bit Ver. 1903. After a few days of using my upgraded PC and learning how to use windows10, i started having issues.
For a few days in a row, as my pc wakes from sleep mode, there would be a welcome screen with NO login button. Using ctrl alt delete would bring up the login button and i could resume using the computer. That was the first wonky thing i noticed.
Next, my video player started freezing up the entire pc so i disabled hardware acceleration and that seemed to fix that issue.
Then google chrome began to be unresponsive or freeze. It froze so bad that i had to turn the power off.
Then i couldn't reboot and windows would not load at all. I was forced to boot from my windows 10 usb drive.
Then windows repair feature timed out and couldn't finish.
Then windows couldn't find my image backup that was stored on an external drive.
Finally i did the restore option and that got me up and running again.
Chrome was still slow but i managed to google some advice. I was told to run chrome in windows 8 compatibility mode so i did that.
Next i found a new driver update for my RX560 GPU. The download was very slow and the pc felt like it was slow. It took a while to install the driver but after rebooting, the new driver seemed to have made a difference. I thought everything was fixed.
I ran sfc scannow and found no integrity issues
chkdsk found no problems with my primary ssd drive
Windows10 says i am fully updated
After going through all that, why am i still having freezing issues? Chrome still hangs but, so far, it is not nearly as bad.
Another example of freezing is when i click on a folder it tells me "working on it".
This is nearly and brand new computer. HWINFO reports that cpu temps are good and everything looks normal with the hardware.

hoping someone will help me get this all sorted. Thanks!

You say your cpu/mobo/ram are all new.
Are these replacements for a previous build? If so, is this the same OS on the same HDD/SSD from previous build?
Did you install all the new mobo drivers from either the driver DVD provided or from the mobo support website?

When replacing either cpu/mobo or both, it's required that a clean install is performed. Did you do this?

FYI: new cpu/mboo = clean install of OS. Next is to install all the mobo drivers....to include a BIOS update if needed for new cpu compatibility. Then do windows updates.

    Thanks for the help!

"You say your cpu/mobo/ram are all new.

I bought a new case and PSU a year ago and did a case swap. Recently i added the new MB, CPU and Ram

" Did you install all the new mobo drivers from either the driver DVD provided or from the mobo support website?"

Yes; i got all the drivers from Asus MB site and installed them.

"When replacing either cpu/mobo or both, it's required that a clean install is performed. Did you do this?"

    Absolutely did a clean install.

All my Temps are good, cpu is 36 C. HWINFO shows everything is working as it should.

Is W10 activated? Unless you have a retail version of Windows you'd probably need to buy a new license with a different mobo. I'm not even sure your license is valid, and if your original W10 was an OEM version then you'd need a new license to activate.

Please say how to bypass the login screen altogether and have it go straight to the desktop once i move the mouse? I don't need this security. Thanks

Another freeze occurred. I had the control panel window opened and I left it open while i did other things. When i tried to close it, the window was black and it said "not responding". I was at least able to close it out.

Please edit your profile with all hardware specs. It will help us to help you.
System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums

You said you did a clean install. Clean install means boot from a Win 10 installation disk, deleting ALL partitions and proceeding. Is that what you did?

    - Open Device Manager. Is there any yellow alerts of missing drivers?
    - Do a disk check. Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    chkdsk C: /f
It will say your disk is in use and ask if you want to schedule to next boot = Yes
    Reboot.

The specs should be in my profile; everything in there is what i'm running.

"You said you did a clean install. Clean install means boot from a Win 10 installation disk, deleting ALL partitions and proceeding. Is that what you did?"

Yes, i downloaded creation tool from MS onto a usb. plugged that in and it copied over what was on the ssd.

"Is there any yellow alerts of missing drivers?"
    No

I did run chkdsk as well as sfcscannow and both found no issues

Actually, the PC has run all day today with no real issues. There is a thing where an open window or an open program will jump to the background. It doesn't close out; it just kinda disappears. Other than that and Chrome loading pages slow sometimes, everything is looking back to normal.
