Hi, let's cover some basics. Could you please use this site:
    Windows 10 upgrade | Sony

to review the Win 10 compatibility of your laptop and post the results clearly?

Please complete your specs including the exact model number and build of Windows 10.

Sadly this forum does not require that so we have to keep on asking. Win key +r , winver

Please check your disk using e.g.
Hard disk sentinel (trial) - the best instant summary I know of on its gui - and post a screenshot.
    or
HD Tune - both Health and Error Scan tabs.

    If ok, please run
    chkdsk c: /scan
from an admin command or Powershell prompt and post the summary result.

To post a screenshot please use the Insert Image icon above your post.

How much free space is there on C: ?

How long has it been slow? Has it ever booted significantly more quickly since you've been running Windows 10? If this changed, when would you say this was?

How long does it take to boot to the Lock screen (before the login screen)?

Please take care to answer each question as this may help get a better answer.

Note there is a way to do technical analysis of your boot time, but this requires using a special tool, and interpreting the results. That is non-trivial.

Also do a Clean Boot by setting in msconfig to see if a driver is causing problems. There are other tests that can be ran and seen in certain Windows reports to see what may be causing issues.
