    Screen in Perpetual Restart Mode After Turning on Bitlocker


    I'm brand new to Windows 10 and found Bitlocker in there, thought it must be good since it's there.... I thought it was supposed to ask for a password, maybe a few 'yes' or 'no' questions, but it just restarted by computer and it's been doing that for about 30 minutes. Is this normal, or do I now have a new boat anchor? Any help at all will be appreciated.
