RAM Memory half being used by system/unknown application -Windows 10

We need more system info about your computer.

In Command prompt (Run as administrator) please enter (without the quotes”

… It will generate a Notepad report: save it to your desktop and give it a name such as Basic system information.
Open it, highlight OS Name up toward the top of the report down to Page File Location(s):

Run the Crystal Disk and let us know the HDD RPM.
And answer the question please “Is your Win 10 64 or 32 bits?”

It would be good to know if your HDD is only 5400 RPM. I am not a fan of a 5400 RPM HDD.

--- Use the information in your Belarc report to look up the specs for your installed HDD and it will include the RPM.
--- It cost me only $51.00 to purchase my 1 TB HDD.

I don't think I should change my disk, it's fine... it's not full or close to.

Crytal Disk says my disk is fine.

Your comment is very hopeless... any OS shouldn't take half of the ram by doing nothing.

I think it's ok, I was worried because lag spikes... I searched some memory leak fixes and found that NDU was causing the memory leak, it worked kinda it went from 50% idle to 20-30%.
