    A problem with restarting

So i wanted to overclock my cpu and downloaded Overdrive which asked me to restart my pc so i pressed yes.
I was restarting for 1 hour when i though i froze or somthing so i held the power button until it shut off. I turn it back on and i get a blue screen with a message "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. " but it stayd on 0% so i left it to do it through the night. in the morning it was still at 0%, i stated to look through forums and found out that i need to delete the Overdrive from my PC butevery time i try to get to safe mode it doesn't let me and shows the same blue screen but this time its stuck on 100% and doesn't restart.
    it says that AODDriver2.sys failed

Have you tried to get into safe mode by using the "Hard Reboot" method shown in this tutorial ?

Boot to Advanced Startup Options in Windows 10 | Tutorials

If then you can enter Safe Mode, you may be able to uninstall the Overdrive software .

Note, you can also enter Safe Mode using a bootable usb (see Option 5 in the above tutorial) but the hard reset method is quicker.
