There's one more method that uses the search box or works at the command line/PowerShell: perfmon /rel
I blogged about this last week when a problem with Start10 killed my shortcuts and the ability to simply type "reli" into the search box and have it launch that way: Finding Another Path to Reliability Monitor.

    It shows:
    Application failures
    Windows failures
    Miscellaneous failures
    Warnings
    Information

All of the top 3 categories get lumped together. If there were warnings, they would show up in their own area beneath the chart. App failures, windows failures, and misc failures show up under Critical events, Warnings under Warning events, and Information stuff under the Informational event heading.
