Your earlier posts suggest an SSD/HDD too small. This does show up on one of your images, 40 GB.
No doubt others will argue, but to me that is not enough.
Not just Windows but installed applications can potentially use a lot of space temporarily.
Some applications can be configured to use less.
You are running a large number of applications.
Mailbird is using 400 MB. That is 20x what my Mail App uses.
Another Desktop search engine.
What look like various other alternative applications to those in Windows 10.
Advanced System Care I would uninstall.
Overall cut down on non essential applications, and configure those that remain.
Does not look like anything in particular is wrong. Other than you will always be in this position over and over again with an SSD of that size and what you are running.
You are short of the last 1803 update(around 1 May), lack of SSD space may have been a factor there, or hardware or something. Sounds to me you would have no idea what happened around then.
