    Same as yours :) It`s just strange that I don`t have that M.2 Configuration setting you have in the Bios.

    Brian, my Z370 is like your X299. It's like @kipper said, M.2 devices do not show up in bios unless they are bootable and then only in the boot device section. Why they made it that way is beyond me, but I had that problem when I tried to install windows. It wouldn't show up in bios or in the windows installer. Don't ask me what I did to get it to show up with the installer, but it finally did.

    Maybe it was similar to my problem, where I had to stuff the driver in a folder on the thumb, and load it at the partition selection screen of the installer. Just a swag....

    It does show up in the boot device section, I`ve been running Windows off it for 3 weeks now.

    The 960 and the 500 GB both show up in the Bios, I just don`t have that option like Mike shows in his Bios, and there is nothing in the manual about an M.2 drive other than how to install it.

    I`ve read that manual like 6 times now I just wanna make sure this M.2 is performing at its peak, because the read speed stinks.
