Yes budget is very important so the cheapest will win. Will have a look around until end of month and see if any deals pop up.Unless specifically spec'd for the new release of motherboards coming out I wouldn't get too high over PS specs between this year and last years models. Here I'd go where the price fits my budget.
BTW there's also the P and T series which is purportedly "higher" than the G series. I've got both a P and G series PS and except for the fact that my P series PS has an Eco mode switch, unless you're running them balls to the wall, I don't think it makes any real difference power efficiency. At least nothing that's going to severely impact your electricity bill.
