PC restarts instead of shutdown.
Hi,
I've upgraded my NVMe from the crucial MX200 to the Samsung 960 pro. I imaged the hard drives using acronis.
Since then sometimes when I shutdown the pc will boot back up again after a few seconds. The same thing happens in my dual boot of my Hackintosh so I don't think it's software related.
My hackintosh is on a separate SSD.
While installing the NVMe I accidently knocked the usb 3.0 header cable and broke a few pins.
Could the broken pins on the USB 3.0 Header be causing the restart this or is it a faulty NVMe drive or something else. I've check all connections etc and everything seems connected ok. It was working fine before I changed the NVMe.
My Specs are
Corsair Obsidian 550d case
Asus Z170-A motherboard
Intel i7 6700k Processor
32gb DDR4 Ram
Gigabye Nvidia Geforce 1050ti Graphics Card
