My restart time is 85 seconds from a Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM Hard Drive.
Running Windows 10 Pro x64
60 Processes running in background @ restart
OS/Program Drive: Crucial MX100 256GB
Data Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM
Game Drive (Steam, Origin): WD Black 2TB 7200RPM
Multimedia, Backups and other stuff: Seagate Barracudas 1x750GB & 1x1TB 7200RPMs, WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM
mine totally sucks! it said mine was 165 seconds!. How can I make it faster? It should be faster than that as I have a 7200rpm wd 2tb drive connected via sata III. So if this is the case why does it take this "long"? how can i get it to under a minute if possible?
Is that restart time or cold boot?
Here's my cold boot (Hibernate off): https://youtu.be/amIv8I0DjA4
