    Clocked with phone its 36 thing says 52, waits till skype turns on I guess? If I take out the sound card it is around 9 seconds if nothing needs to close, 10 takes longer to shutdown then 7 for sure.

    103 secs compared to 85 secs on 8.1.

    I have disabled fast startup, pagefile, but still it sucks.
