Wow, looking at your image #1 my immediate thought was that the CPU cooler is not enough. I have always opted for AIO coolers and temps are 30 degrees C with the exception of Unreal 5 and Unity baking where it can go up to around 70 degrees C. 12 gen can run hot, and the 13th gen runs even hotter as for some reason ( probably for marketing stats ) they are always throttled.
The simplest solution is to replace the CPU cooler with something that will do the job and always avoid the stock or shallow CPU fans as they are not fit for purpose in my opinion.
Not yet, been busy with other stuff, but i will get it solved, dont worry and thanks to you and everyone else for their help. Will thank people that helped solving the problem aswell.

Okay so your recommendation would be an AIO cooler ? Thanks. Most people are saying i should get an air cooler and that something like BE-QUIET PURE ROCK 2
Running water gives Intel/AMD peace of mind, that you'll buy another CPU from their shiny factory when the pump breaks. lol
