Help needed - No GPU display with new build
Firstly, sorry if this is in the wrong section. Today I've been building a new pc but have encoutered problems
7600X
Deepcool AK620
Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX
Team Group 2x16GB DDR5
WD 1Tb nvme
Phanteks AMP 850w
GTX 1060 (with intention of upgrading in new year)
Phanteks P600s case
With my GTX1060 connected I do not get a signal on my monitor and the motherboards VGA Red led is on. Mobo is a Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX
I've tried:
Reseating the GPU
Checked power connections on gpu and psu side
Tried the different dp and hdmi ports on the gpu
Removing one stick or ram and trying both dimm slots (only two are recommended when using one stick)
Clearing CMOS
In bios, setting the PCIE slot to Gen3 to match the card
Nothing works
I get a video signal and can enter the bios when connecting my monitor to the motherboard video out. The bios sees all connected components: cpu, ram, 1 nvme drive and I assume the gpu which is just listed as Gen 3 PCIEx16 @1x16
Only thing I havent done yet is update bios to the latest. I tried the GTX1060 back in my old system and it works fine
Thanks to anyone who can help.
