Back again! I upgraded my case from an InWin to an off brand amazon special SZSKING Gaming mid tower.
Swapped out a 3900x for a 5950x and added extra fans in and around the case because the fans that came in it just don't seem like they push enough air and I really like the look of them.

It's an external radiator hooked up to my machines custom loop. The radiator is a HW Labs GTX 560 and it's a real monster!! The fans are BeQuiet SW4 Pro and they're extremally quiet!! New rig is a 13900K and Asus Z790 Hero.
