And I haven`t opened the 9900X box yet
I don`t know, I`ve watched a lot of videos about the 10900X series, and they all came to the same conclusion, What was the point of making it.
If Intel will replace a unopened 9900X with a brand new 10900X, I`ll have to consider getting one. I mean sure, I`d rather have a 10900X
I bought mine in June, I`ll email or call Intel and see what they have to say about it.

Hi,
One basic reason was to keep up with amd's tr3 release pricing slashing per core costs.
Second was to insult to 79..x and 99..x buyers
Not sure what intel was thinking on this release either frankly guess there isn't too many of us to care about pissing off
But if someone hadn't bought in the past gouge series 109..x is half price basically.
That 9900x cost would now buy a 10980xe.
Show me a 10980XE for $849.99 (that`s what I paid for my 9900X from Newegg) and I`ll buy one.
Hi,
150-200.00 more is all.
Seen pre-orders for 1050.00
BestBuy even has a listing

Hi,
Without a refund seems moot point.
I`m starting a chat with Intel
The person I`ll have the chat with, probably has no clue about anything.
