I suppose it is but I believe patched through windows updates and newest bios 1704 maybe which for 99..x chips there at this time is only one compatible bios version available first was pulled I believe 1603 some are using a modded bios of it instead of 1704 :/
I'm way out of win-7 updates last rollup installed was 11-2018 and both are saying Enable since I have both disabled using Inspectre
Probably have to use Cliff's tool to see all that's actually patched but he didn't that I've seen post any screen shots of the options....
