Are you using an Ethernet connection or Wi-Fi to access the Router? Most times the Wired connection is needed to make changes in Routers [security reasons].
I am using Ethernet connection on my desktop Computer, have the same problem with my laptop. I cant get into the Router with any Computer.
Is the Router otherwise working for Network and/or Internet access? Can you open a Command Prompt [or PowerShell] window then type ipconfig to get any data from the Router? Could be the default IP address has changed. If the Router does not work there should be a 'hidden' switch [hole] on the Router you could press with a penpoint to reset it, try with the power cord disconnected and also while connected.
What browser are you using and what anti virus. A lot of routers run javascript which av can block disable av or try safe modr
Try power cycling the router, before reset. Also wanted to echo the idea of possible browser issue - try using IE.
Is it possible to access via another computer on the LAN?
Hi ultram,
Gotcha, I missed that you mentioned that earlier. Does this model let you access the admin page via http://www.routerlogin.net? How is performance on that router other than the console not loading? The device could be failing in some way, or received a bad update. Although its never fun to reconfigure, that would be my next thought. Once back to factory default settings, you would want to obtain the latest firmware.
NO cant get in ( http://www.routerlogin.net) performance is good. I can get in with Netgear Genie, but nut with http://www.routerlogin.net
Thanks
