The name of the Workgroup is LEDESMA.
The location of the server is \\LEDESMA-SERVER
I setup a WC for \\LEDESMA-SERVER and it didn't work. Then just to be thorough I setup one for \\LEDESMA but it didn't help
My bad, sorry about the name.

    1. All adapter settings - Network and Sharing Settings - for your current PC the same as all others?
    2. Is it set to allow Windows to manage connections - homegroup - in Advanced Sharing Settings? Here's my settings using the Windows Credentials for my NAS server and other computer.

As far as I can tell, all of the settings in the "ethernet properties" are the same (when I right click the network adapter and click properties). Also, the "advanced sharing settings" are the same as yours (and all the pc's in the house have identical settings in the window you snapshotted).

Checked your NetBIOS settings for your static IP on your current PC?

Hmm, I just noticed that I cannot connect to any other computer on the network either. I get the same error trying to connect to my laptop that I do when I try to connect to the \\LEDESMA-SERVER. I don't know if that's relevant or not.

Try rebooting all PC's, U-server, your modem/router and when applicable any switch as well. Sometimes when I have serious network issues because of some tweaking, I do an all networked device reboot. May take some time, but just to be sure your infrastructure is working properly.

I use the following reboot cycle for all devices:

First start shutting down all devices in reverse cycle order from below:

    1st. Modem/router
    2nd. Switches
    3rd. Servers
    4th. PC/Mac's

Taking a short break now, so I hope perhaps others may chime in as well. Good luck and report back here.

    Untill later, Cheers

When running a DHCP automatic IP, as you have done so in your screens, please uncheck your option and set it to Default.

I never have used LMHOSTS myself, for my network connected devices, so can't say much about that.

Perhaps a Windows 10 poweruser here on the forums?

    Cheers

Ok, so my router had a firmware update so I updated that and performed the shutdown sequence you ordered, no change.

As far as the DHCP automatic IP, you want the settings to look like this?

Yes, change the IP static number within the free (outside DHCP to prohibit multi IP conflicts) range - checked router settings? - you are using for your network i.e. 192.168.1.110, using all other settings alike your screen. Check router IP - Gateway - for assurance.

Also check the "validate settings upon exit" option here. Just an extra check.
