LAN not able to handles very large interactive files
Windows 10 Pro 22H2 with 32 GB RAM. I have 5 systems on Ethernet LAN. I often use an interactive chess program run from the master system A with 4 slave systems B--E. Aquarium IDEA is the controlling program on A.
Slave systems have engines that are first started manually on all the slave systems by an old program (orginally DOS) called "RTHomeserver". When the engines (large .exe files) are about 50 MB or smaller, then I can run the 51 physical cores (and chess engines) on the 4 slave systems in real time
However, the latest engines are 68-78 MB. When I try to use these large them (.exe files) for the 51 physical cores on the slave systems, only 6 of 51 cores on the slave systems are responsive, and work interactively with master program.
Are there Windows settings that can increase the capacity of the LAN? Or could there be a bottleneck in my LAN because of 1 Gps speed?
Thanks to the experts
