Unable to share files in my LAN

Hi all, I have two Windows 10 PC's in my home LAN (connected to same wired router). I would like to be able to transfer files between them. I have followed all steps in this guide and verified all requirements comply with it. When I open Windows Explorer and then click on Network in one PC I see the other PC listed, but when I double click on the PC I don't see any shared folder listed, not even the Public folder, instead I see the following error, any hint? Thanks

I don't use my computers with password (no sign in screen), is that a requirement for file sharing?

I think the issue might be with the Firewall in the PC's, or with the router configuration

I use the same user names on all the systems in my LAN. Also, I have a consistent drive name plan across all my systems to facilitate sync'ing between systems:

    C - Windows and programs
D - all user data except media
E - music, photos, videos, books, iTunes library

They each have different names (different computer names) but belong to the same workgroup (same workgroup name)

    Thank you for your reply-

Repeat question - could you please give the names of your PCs

    Screenshot shows DELL

Is that the exact name- or do names have spaces.
