I need help calculating internet quota

Before my internet connection was fiber, unlimited quota and the speed was 500 mbps.

I moved to another country. Here there are two types of fiber internet connection:-
    1) unlimited quota and the speed is 50 mbps (it's not really unlimited and you can use 700gb per month)
    2) limited quota and the speed is 300 mbps (higher quota packages are more expensive)

I am unsure how much quota is consumed when you watch things online. I need an average estimate so I can pick a suitable quota package if I want to get 300 mbps.

Assume that one person uses 10 hours youtube in one day to watch 30 720p videos of different lengths. Around how much quota will that consume in one day?

Assume that another person watches 10 hours of tv series and the episodes are a mixture of 720p 1 hour videos and 720p 30 min videos. Around how much quota will that consume in one day?

The link is for how much quota Youtube uses. Do tv episodes on for example WatchSeries | Watch Series Online free | TV Series follow the same principle?

There are programs that will measure how much data you consume. In lieu of that, your ISP should have tally at their website in your account. My ISP does...

Now may be a good time to switch on the metered connection option in Windows 10.
