Enforce a cumulative time quota available for Windows 10 usage

Hi everyone, I want to put a cumulative quota of usage, so that any given week I have a total of 10:30hs at my disposal to use the computer.
My wish is to use 90 minutes a day, but in a flexible way, never exceeding during the week the total maximum cumulative quote of 10 hours and 30 minutes.
I have already used time restrictions for PC usage according to this thread, which works great to put daily time limits. And yet, it's not exactly what I'm looking for.
A great thing to know as well is how to remove the restrictions if one wants to.
    Any ideas are appreciated.
    I'm running Windows 10 version 2004, (Build 17618,1000)
    Cheers!

From what I can recall your Version is more likely 1803, we are now on Version 2009/20H2 Build 19042.906. Windows key + R type winver and press Enter. The Version consists of the year followed by the month of release, has been twice a year so far. I didn't look for an updated list but think 1803 is at EOL. It's frequently important to be updated as things do change [as we were warned about some time ago].

Are you sure? That build was an Insider Preview build released on March 7th 2018. @Berton is correct, it should say that it's version 1803.

The 17618 build was never released to the public, the RTM 1803 was build 17134 and the next RTM was 1809, build 17763.

Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Skip Ahead Build 17618 - Mar. 7

As an Insider Preview it is an evaluation copy that has an expiry date. It should have expired a long time ago, the expiry date of this one was 02/07/2018
