google chrome new annoying search feature

in the past when i selected a word in chrome and right click muse to do google search, it open the search result tab in background

but now it open in the same tab, but on the right side which annoys me a lot

You have the Side Panel On, just click the item in the grey circle 3rd icon from right on tools bar. That's Side Panel Off.
Or just click on the Side Panel X top right.
