sstp started and stopped

I get this error when trying to start up sstp and it doesn't automatically!

And I can't connect to a vpn. Soo I didn't google much, but I tried:
- At first I disabled SSTP and Remote Access Connection Manager services. Then I went to Device Manager. View -> Show hidden devices. I went to Network adapters and removed all WAN Miniports (IKEv2, IP ... and so on), and other network adapters which were not in normal use. Then I scanned for hardware changes. Nothing new appeared. I rebooted my PC. I Went back to services and successfully activated first SSTP and then RACM services. Violà - works!
- opening event log
- enabling sstp in windows firewall all entries I could find and in apps section (i disable in firewall some core networking rules, because firewall is too permisive by default - could be that)
- sstp doesn't have service dependencies, but i read to set these to auto didn't work:
Remote Access Auto Connection Manager.
Windows event log service.
Remote Access Connection Manager.
Telephony.
Windows Remote Management (WS-Management).
TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper.
- i tried to create another user account, still sstp doesn't start

I disable useless service, i use this site: blackviper.com I never had problems before when using this site. And even sstp doesn't have any dependencies, it could be some service i disable in theory I guess...

I have currently no serious/related errors in event log. Also no corruption.

Any ideas please?

I'd be very, very careful using a free VPN. Google "Are free VPNs safe" to find out more.

Yeah VPN on Windows 10 is next to useless anyways...

So there is no service required for running vpn on Windows 10? I also have metered connection on, but VPN is allowed on metered connections...

BTW do you know site for Windows 10 firewall rules, there was one good, but I can't find anything anymore. It is hard googling what those rules do, I usually leave only couple core networking rules on... Disable everything...

EDIT: Even with reset firewall, it doesn't connect and not sure if there is some windows service required for vpn connections...
