Ethernet/wifi does not show up at network connections
Hi there,
I recently bought a prebuilt pc and have installed Windows 10 pro on it by myself (full version). With booting it up I did not have a option to connect with wifi/a adapter, so I did not have a connection yet while starting it up. At the moment I have a ethernet cable (brand new, so its not broken or anything like that) running from my modem to my pc upstairs, which both my modem and pc are working fine. I have searched/tried many methods to get this working, but whenever I try to connect to a network/adapter it just says "this folder is empty"). It also doesn't show up when I go to "device manager". When I try to troubleshoot the problem, it says: "install a driver for your network adapter". I also have tried completely reïnstalling Windows, but nothing works. I hope there is someone who can help me with this problem. I left some screenshot to make it a bit more clear.
This is my first post btw, so let me know If you need any other information.
