Help, internet not working

    Help, internet not working


    The last two days my internet has intermittently stopped on my PC, now it seems to be completely gone. All other devices (two mobile and one laptop) are still working fine.

    Really don't know how to trouble shoot this. Where do I even start...

    Any and all help appreciated.

    When you say GONE, perhaps you could explain GONE in a bit more detail please. Is the Wi-Fi missing from Network Connections like it is shown here? . . .

    Its there and says connected but nothing loads.

    Click the Wi-Fi Icon and click Disable this Network Device, then click the Wi-Fi Icon and click Enable this Network Device.

    So the test shows you are connected and you get out OK and resolve DNS. So why do you think its broken how can't you get out error messages
